Telehealth is a way we can still accomplish many of the goals and achieve many of the benefits of a physiotherapy appointment, without leaving our home.

Believing in evidence-based practice, research shows us that Telehealth (virtual) services is an effective medium to deliver rehab services with positive results.

How does it work?

I am using a TeleHealth platform (encrypted live video) called Doxy.me that provides you with a personalized 1:1 session.  It works very similarly to FaceTime, Skype, Zoom, etc.

After booking an appointment time, you will be emailed the link to access the encrypted live video waiting room. Please contact me directly, or follow the YouTube link for more information.
